This is a non-smoking hostel. Sorry, we don't accept stag or hen groups. Check-in: 5pm to 10pm. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange any arrivals outside these hours. Late arrivals (after 10pm) must be preapproved and will incur a �5 late arrival charge. If you haven't arrived or have not contacted us by 9pm we will automatically process your payment card with any balance due. Arrivals after midnight will not be admitted or entitled to a refund. Card payments (except Visadebit or Maestro) will attract an additional 2% fee (min. �1.00) per transaction. If you pay your deposit with a card due to expire before your arrival date the balance may be automatically processed before the card expires. We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. Groups of 10 or more guests must pay an additional deposit of 20%; the full balance will be charged from the payment card 42 days prior to arrival. If group numbers are reduced within the six weeks prior to arrival, no refund will be payable. We have a 42 day cancellation policy for group bookings. Less than 42 days' notice for cancellation of a group booking will result in the full amount being charged. Cancellations must be made in writing. Once registered and fully paid, guests will have access to the hostel from 5pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. We regret we are unable to accommodate persons under 18 years, unless with adult supervision. Children under 5 years may be accommodated only with prior written consent.
