From the Bus Terminal:

Just head South from the bus terminal and pass under the bridge to the first stop light.
Cross the street and continue to head South across Calle 25 (which is another bridge).

Take a right on Carrera 2 and go two blocks until Calle 23. A taxi should only charge you about 3,600 Colombian Pesos.

The Cali airport is actually quite far from the city of Cali so you will have to take a taxi.
