Kwatera Zrodelko

Kwatera Zrodelko offers a great accommodation option in the heart of Sopot - the most popular tourist resort in Poland - and heart of Tricity - between Gdynia & Gdansk. Housed in a shared tenement house which has been renovated in 2009 we offer rooms in two separate flats. There is also one apartment with 3 rooms and one house with 4 rooms both around 200 meters from the beach and Monte Casino and both for 6-10 people!!!

In the first flat we feature:
- A room for 4 people - large room + veranda (made into a little kitchen - fridge, electric kettle) - 2 double beds (that means 2 beds for 2 people, i can add third bed if needed, for example if 3 people buy this room and want to sleep separately)
- A room for 2 people + additional third bed if needed (sleeper sofa or big fold out bed) - the rate for this person will be added to the price of the room
- A room for 1 person - little room for 1 person

The bathroom is shared, kitchen freely available and we also make some space for you in the fridge!

In the adjacent flat we feature:
- A room for 2-4 people + veranda with 2nd exit to the garden - this room has 1 double bed and 2 single

Here the kitchen is also accessible and bathroom is also shared, but only with 2 other people (my uncle and aunt and no other tourists) and you have a separate exit/entry.

There is a possibility of renting the whole flat, but please tell in advance ;)

The location is the same as the other one - Sopot ;) (there are 2 other districts of Sopot, Sopot Kamienny Potok and Sopot Wyscigi, i am located in the center)

Also 5 min from the Train station, 10 min from the center (850 m as it is written in google maps) and 15 min from the beach

There is also an option to rent a separate flat for 2/max 3 persons, it's a little flat on Polna street, 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the train and 15 minutes from the center, it has itąs own parking place, little tv and WIFI access )also via wire)

Included in the price guests can enjoy:

* nice host that can help to know tricity (sopot, gdynia, gdansk) and give you advice :)

Each room here at Kwatera Zrodelko features its own key for easy access, a television for your entertainment and lots of maps/guides for you to use in Polish, English and German. Every room except the room for 1 person room has its own electric kettles, person in the small room can use the kettle in the kitchen. WiFi internet is available throughout the whole apartment I and II.

For your security you get the code to the building, key to the flat and key to the room.

Prices can vary depending on length of stay and number of people. Please ask for possible discounts/configurations. Off season there is a possibility to rent a room for 4 for the rate of 3 people if those people choose to stay at my house. There is a lot of options so we can talk and arrange something, just let me know what you need ;)
