Dear Ida, Thanks for your feedback and I am so sorry to learn that you had experienced unpleasant situation in my hostel. At the same time I am a bit surprised that you found the cockroaches in the room. However, I understand that the cockroaches that you mentioned are the cloth moths and/or brown moths which recently inhabit in my hostel. They fly into the hostel through the windows that are left open and I am trying to get rid of it. The cloth moths look really like cockroaches when they are crawling. They prefer crawling on the fabrics to flying and they eat fabrics. The brown moth looks like a big fly or sometimes a cockroach. However these moths do not harm and give any infection to human directly. They'd rather eat the fabrics and leave the holes on it. Whatever they are, it is my full responsibility to leave the hostel well kept and ensure that every guest have a good experience back home. Please accept my sincere apology for the things that irritated you. Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to experience our service again.
