This hostel is in a really good location. It's right by Chinatown, so lots of cheap food options and close to public transit. The only things I wished for was a better atmosphere, because it was located on different floors, it's hard to meet people as a single traveler. However, the facilities were rather nice and it was comfortable to have my own bed space with a curtain and plug. Also, there were a good amount of single use bathrooms. I would stay here again!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. I loved the free yoga classes, the open spaces, the free breakfast, and the staff. It was a really comfortable experience and I would highly recommend staying here. I had no issues what-so-ever!

Pal's was really conveniently located. It was also a nice and clean hostel! I liked that the atmosphere was rather chill and it wasn't a big party hostel. People were rather social though, so it was easy to chat with people. The only downside was that there aren't that many showers and because of it's central location sometimes the street noise was pretty loud and you can hear it from your room. Each bed had a curtain, plug and light so it was easy to get privacy when you needed it.
We are happy you were happy here! :) We have 5 showers for 37 beds.

The hostel is pricier compared to other options in Split, but it was totally worth the value. It felt like staying in a hotel. There were tons of great amenities in the room (lots of plugs, TV, A/C, fast WiFi) and the whole place was incredibly clean. The bathroom was amazing, the showers were really big and clean, great water pressure, and a hair dryer inside. I even had the whole room to myself! The only downside was that the hostel is a little big so I didn't get to meet that many people.

This hostel was very unique because it was ran by a family! I really loved my stay here. On my first morning, Milka made me some tea and shared some breakfast that she was serving her family while I was checking in. It was so thoughtful and surprising. I loved meeting and hanging out with a Croatian family, it made me feel like I was doing a homestay. The hostel area is pretty nice and cozy. I liked that my room had no bunk beds and that the bathroom was really clean. Great people, stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hostel staff was super nice and it was a nice and small hostel where it was easy to meet people. I liked that the atmosphere was also rather chill (not a party hostel) and that the rooms were very clean. I also liked that each bed had a shelf, plug, and light. The wifi was decent too, so no major complaints. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want a small, cozy atmosphere. The only common space to hang out was the kitchen so it's easy to make friends.

A giant hostel with lots of stuff going on. Overall, the setup of the dorms was really nice and the bathrooms were really clean. There's lots of social areas so you can meet people pretty easily. However, if you're looking for a more intimate kind of hostel, this place is really big so it's hard to make connections. It was close to a lot of touristy stuff, restaurants, and bars in the area. The location was great overall and really easy to get around. Definitely would stay here again.

This hostel was just ok. The wifi was hard to get a good signal during the evening and mornings. The building is an old motel so the layout is a little odd. Privacy is fine if you're not into socializing a ton. There's not really a great common area to meet new people. The staff were so-so, I asked about tours and they told me to go into the city to ask. The positives were free parking and lots of space, each dorm had it's own little kitchen and bathroom, a hot tub, and great location.

Overall, we had no problems with the hostel. It was a nice setup and the staff were super nice. The rooms were spacious, the wifi was good, and the bathrooms were pretty clean. There weren't any lockers though in the room and plugs were shared, so sometimes it was hard to find a place to charge. Also, my bed was a little old and sunken in so I could feel the springs. Not the most comfortable thing to sleep on, but manageable. Parking isn't too hard to find, as there was a parking garage nearby.
Hey thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We dont have lockers in the rooms as we feel this takes up to much space but we do have separate locker room with CCTV for extra security! Apologies you didn't find your bed to comfortable, we will look into this and see if we can get this replaced as we like all our guests to feel comfortable when they stay here! We are happy that you enjoyed the rest of the hostel and we hope that if you are ever back in Auckland that you will come back and stay! The Attic Team :)

Overall, it was a really good stay. The staff was super friendly. I liked that every bed had a plug to charge devices. The wi-fi was strong. Free breakfast and nice common areas. The building itself is a bit older, but despite that it was still very comfortable. The location is really close to a grocery store, lots of food, and 5 min walking to the tube station. London is huge, but the hostel is in a convenient location on two major lines and super easy to get to/from Heathrow.

The hostel was very comfortable and clean. The amenities were great with plenty of locker space, plugs and lights by the bed, and good wifi. The only major annoyance was that the bathrooms alternate on each floor and the staff would clean the bathroom in the morning when most people were getting ready (7-8 am). The hostel is very big so it's hard to meet lots of people, but the common spaces were really nice. Free breakfast was also great to have, especially when you have an early morning.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The wi-fi was great and the staff was super helpful in helping me make reservations for restaurants and answering questions about transportation. The free breakfast was nice and the fact that it was right next door to a small grocery store was amazing too. The beach is incredibly close by so the location is great. It was very clean, they cleaned our bathrooms daily. It was a really well kept hostel and I would highly recommend staying here.

I only stayed for one night but based on my short time here it was good. The hostel and facilities were very nice. My only complaint was that when I checked in I didn't really feel greeted or welcomed as other hostels. I didn't get an explanation of where things were, when check out was, or much info in general about the hostel. Also, late at night you're not allowed to sit in the hallway, even quietly. I didn't know where I could go to use my laptop and the staff just told me to move. Oh well.
Hi there! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you found our facilities nice :) We are so sorry to hear that you were not greeted with our usual high standard of customer service. Normally we do tell everyone where the hostel is and are here to provide whatever information our guests need but its clear this did not happen for you. We will investigate the matter and speak to the member of staff to ensure this does not happen again. As for being in the hallway we are quite strict about noise restrictions in the halls and communal areas after 11pm as we want to ensure all our guests get a good nights sleep if they need. Next time just pop down to the reception lounge, guests are welcome to chill down there at any time of day! Thanks so much again and hopefully you come and stay again some time so we can show you how good our customer service really is! Cheers

This hostel was such a cool place with an interesting atmosphere and history behind it. It's a big enough building where you can have peace and quiet, but also socialize. My only gripe is that you have to pay for the wi-fi and it's inconvenient that you can only buy 1 hr or 24 hrs at a time. When you buy the 24 hrs and you're out half the day, it's kind of a waste of money. Otherwise, the hostel had some really cool social events planned and the free breakfast is nice. It was a fun experience.

I had a great time at this hostel! Of all the places in Cairns, I was not looking for a party hostel and was glad to have found Travellers Oasis. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for, a chill place where you can socialize with others. It was nice that we got free towels and good wifi. The staff was incredibly helpful with booking excursions and were super patient with our questions. I also loved that they have an aloe plant outside to help your sunburn. Stay here, it's awesome!

This hostel had really nice facilities and rooms. It was great to have free linen (more often than not, you have to bring your own in Scandinavia). The only thing that was a little annoying is that the front desk is not 24/7, so it required a lot of coordination since I arrived really late and had to leave really early. If I didn't check my email in time, I wouldn't have had any idea what to do when I got there or not have a room. It seemed like an easy place to socialize with lots of rooms.

The hostel is a simple giant hotel with dorm beds. There's barely any atmosphere, except in the lobby. It's pretty hard to meet people outside of your room.Bring your own linens, it's really expensive to rent them and it doesn't matter how many days you are there, it's the same cost. Considering there isn't a lot of choices in Oslo, this place was totally just fine. The location is close to a lot of the major bus and train lines. I'd recommend getting a day pass for transit aroun

The staff are nice and helpful. The building is really old so the rooms have thin walls and the beds aren't that comfy. Also, everyone has to share 1 key for the room, but it's fine cause you have to leave the key at the front if you are the last one leaving. There are lockers in each room. The showers are great as they are newly renovated. The location is also not too far from the central part of the city. It's easy to walk or catch a tram. Atmosphere is so-so, everyone hangs in the kitchen.

This hostel was really awesome. The location is perfect if you have a super early flight the next day. It's easy to find buses to and from the airport and the hostel. You should definitely tour the whole facility, including the main suite upstairs where the cockpit is. Linens and a towel are also included. The only downsides are that the rooms are really small and there's only 1 ladder in each room, so if you're on the top bunk it's really tricky to get down if the other person takes the lad

The guys at the front desk were amazing. The local staff was ok and had so-so English skills. When we checked in, we got 2 top bunks. I asked if we could have 1 bottom and 1 top, the girl said it was impossible (even though 5 beds were empty). When a new person checked in and got a top bunk, he asked if he could have the bottom and she agreed. Wi-Fi wasn't working well so I asked the girl to restart the router she didn't do it and continued to do something else. I asked 2x and just gave up.

Definitely a party hostel and very social place. They do pub crawls almost daily, and with the 2 free beers, it's hard to resist not going out. The people that work at the hostel are pretty cool, with the expats joining you on the pub crawls. Also, the location of this place is in the expat party area of Saigon, so it's really easy to navigate around to find food, drinks and go sight seeing. Would recommend this place if you want to meet a lot of people and have fun (sleep, not so much).

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was nice. It had the best free breakfast of any hostel that I've stayed at. The staff was really nice and helpful, although a little pushy at times to sell their tours. I think the tours are definitely a little more on the pricier side, so if you're looking for more budget options then find your own outside of the hostel. The atmosphere was less social because it's a hotel and a hostel. It was hard to meet people at times. Wi-Fi was ok, could be more stable.

The staff and the atmosphere was great. I loved that they had their own drivers so you don't have to negotiate a price or feel like you're getting ripped off. They also arrange group tuk tuks to see Angkor Wat which saves you money and is easy for you to meet others. I was there on Christmas and there was a party for the staff and guests, it was a fun experience hanging out with locals and their families. Wi-Fi would go in and out though, so it was slightly frustrating. The pool was awesome.

This hostel was extremely clean and well taken care of. The hostel looked like an old French colonial home that was renovated into a hostel, it was really gorgeous. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. The lockers were big enough for your pack or suitcase. Staff was also generally pretty friendly and helpful. Only thing was that the atmosphere was really quiet. I only met 3 people my whole time because not many people were in the common area and my room never had any more than 1-2 people.

The best part was the free breakfast. The atmosphere is very social, but the noise travels easily to the rooms. My room was facing the front and I heard music and people drinking loudly until 2 am. The WI-FI was really bad, I could barely get a connection. The bathrooms were ok, but there was a leaky sink at the end that splattered your feet. The toilets sometimes were filled with dirty tissues or ran out of paper. Lastly be careful of scams with overly friendly locals who try to take you out!

There are really limited hostel choices in Laos, but this one was one of the few good options. The space is very open and since I went in the winter, it was very cold. The showers had hot water, so it was good. The free breakfast option was also pretty good with omelettes, pancakes or toast as a choice. The mattresses were a little thin and the frames are cheap metal so it's very squeaky. Also, the wi-fi was AWFUL and it was nearly impossible to get a connection unless it was very early or late.

Overall this hostel was really great. The bathrooms were clean and had free toiletries. This property is also a hotel, so the main lobby is really open and spacious. It's not a party hostel. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant. The free breakfast is only toast, mango jam, coffee and tea. My only complaint is that because the property is a hotel and a hostel it was rather hard to socialize and meet people outside of your room as in the common area the tables are designed for small groups.

I was only here for a stopover, but the hostel was very comfortable and it was great. Hostels in HK are generally pretty pricy and small in terms of space, but I liked my overall experience. The staff was really friendly in greeting me and there were a lot of people socializing in the main common area. The beds were fairly comfortable, a little on the harder side and there were lockers for everyone's stuff. It definitely was not a party hostel, so it was easy to go to sleep at night.

This hostel was awesome. I loved the whole eco-friendly theme. The staff was great. The crowd was very hipster, yet social. We stayed in a private room and the room was very comfortable. It was a converted old storage container with everything made of recycled materials! The hostel even has bike rentals and the showers have limits. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Amsterdam who wants a unique experience outside of the red light district that's more chill and not a party hostel.

The staff was very friendly and the downstairs area is an open cafe where both guests and locals like to hang out. The social areas were cool. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice. The location was good and it was easy to get around to most touristy spots in Milan by foot. I really enjoyed my stay here. Rick, the owner, is super nice and puts a lot of extra effort in making sure that his guests enjoy themselves in Seoul. This is not a party hostel or a large hostel, so if you’re looking for an experience to get crazy, don't bother. Staying here feels like a friend’s apartment. It’s perfect if you enjoy more privacy and plan on going out most of the day. To see a more detailed review on this place and some pictures, check out my blog at www.workleavebalance.com

Love this guesthouse! Chilled out atmosphere and very communal, like hanging out at a friend’s place. It's in a residential area about 10 min to metro station, which is crowded but cheap, Old Downtown, produce market and Banaue buses. They put on a bunch of fun events like hookah and pub crawls. Road work was a little troublesome for walking, but you can take trikes around. Read my full review of this hostel, some photos and other survival tips for Manila on my blog www.workleavebalance.com

I loved that the beds had their own curtains and private cubes, the Japanese toilets were amazing, and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Also, there's a bar in the basement and a kitchen area where people socialize. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean facility.

This place was pretty cool. The staff were really chill and friendly and made an effort to learn your name. Also, this place is much less of a party hostel compared to their sister hostel, Hostel One Prague. It's confusing, but I accidentally went to the wrong place at first, so when booking make sure you have the exact address and know how to get here. Otherwise, this place does a lot of events with their sister hostel such as pub crawls. Overall, I would stay here again when coming to Prague!

Jetpak was awesome! The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on at any hostel (they were foam mattresses)! The staff was amazing and helpful, and I loved that they made you free coffee in the mornings. The hostel isn't too close to most touristy sites downtown, but the neighborhood definitely makes up for it, as it's a popular hipster spot that people on the Alternative Berlin tours will take tour groups to. There's tons of cheap food and good bars in the area. Stay here!

My experience here was pretty good. I would stay here if you are looking for a nice experience. I stayed at this hostel because I wanted to explore the Tuscan countryside. This place was a seminary turned into a villa. It felt like an authentic experience. Also, the hostel set up a dinner with a local farmer. It was an amazing experience! Wine, pasta, vineyards, it was one of the best experiences I had in Italy. They also helped me with a Vespa rental, which made going around the countryside even more fun. This place is a no frills, simple place with lots of character, not a fancy hostel.

We stayed here after hiking Machu Picchu and the first thing we wanted to do was shower. There was barely any running water coming from the bathrooms and it was freezing water. We did this hike in the winter, so it was chilly. This was out biggest complaint. Otherwise, the beds were pretty comfortable, and although it was cold, we were given really thick blankets. The hostel wasn't super social either, as the common rooms are scattered throughout, so it made it hard to meet people.
