Cons: Both room and bathroom were very small. The bathroom didn't have any exhaust fan or windows, just some thing through which air could pass so it would smell really bad for a long time after you use the toilet or the steam would remain there after you're done with shower. The room was as small as it could be and didn't have cupboard or anything to keep your stuff. My room's window was in the street so lot of noise Pros: Location. Leidseplein square is one the 3 (?) main squares in Amsterdam.

We stayed in a private with a private bathroom for one night and without a private bathroom for another (cuz we got late in booking the room for the next night). Both the rooms were basically same. You get a cupboard, soap bar, a shampoo cache, 2 towels in your room (everything per person) and another towel in the bathroom. The location seems to be great (in the city centre) as you can walk to the main squares and the Bratislava castle. Showers didn't have a high pressure but were hot and good.

Although you'll be sharing bathrooms and toilets with many other people, I always found them free when needed. Showers are warm and nice, there are hair dryers for free. You can cook food in the kitchen (with restricted timings).
