When you come to stay at PILLOWS, you will feel part of our community from the minute you set foot in the door. Whether you’re looking for a place to work and live, or simply a place in which to meet other people, our Coliving Community provides flexible plans and options to make your stay here as fun and convenient as possible. This property is a licensed Guest House (General) under Office of The Licensing Authority in Hong Kong. House Rules: Reservation Policy: All reservations must be made through our official website, over the phone, or via authorized travel agencies. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival, and can be made via credit/debit card or cash in HKD. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Check-out time is no later than 11:30. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Occupancy: Room occupancy must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property. Loud noise, disturbances, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy. Pets are not allowed. Damage and Liability: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hostel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. The hostel is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen during your stay. Please use the safes provided in your room or the front desk. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Pillows Co-Living reserves the right to amend these policies and terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and terms & conditions during your stay at Pillows Co-Living. Reception working hours: 10:00 - 20:00. No smoking.
