The Hostel has souvenir centers, convenient stores, tour booking office, tattoo and Massage shop. Austria’s Guesthouse provides 16 guestrooms with Air-conditioned Dorm for both males and females with safety lockers, 4 independent rooms for regular travelers, 4 double rooms with shared bathroom and 4 rooms with private bathrooms for family group up to 4 to 6 members are all options. Public facilities such as Restaurant,cafe,indoor and board games, common area, common balcony, laundry services and free Wifi are provided.

The location is very central and close to the beach where all the boat trips depart. Lockers are available. I got one of the 4 bunk beds which didn't have a power outlet by the bed which was a massive hassle. I couldn't sleep after getting back to the hostel and need to stay awake another couple of hours charging my electronics.

The good: perfect location right on the walking street and next to the terminal, staff were helpful and the included breakfast makes it an absolute bargain. The bad: Bathrooms were filthy and you basically shower standing on the toilet, shower was also cold. Rooms were dirty, pillow lumpy and just a general dirty vibe about the whole room. If this is a one night stop over to get on the ferrie or extremely budget focused then it is what it is.

Good location, but staff seemed to have given up any effort of customer experience/hospitality, stayed in the big dorm and the toilets were grim and the place in general is falling apart… the only saviour is the chef who made a great effort, was friendly and made delicious breakfast!
