Great hostel, 100% recommended!
Location is perfect, walking distance to bus terminal and all the sight and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is amazing. And the owner is very friendly and super helpful, gave us a lot of great tips for Cuenca and also helped a lot with our further travel plans and the border crossing to Peru.

Great location, right in the centre. Easy to get about on foot. On arrival received information about where to go in the city so I was able to do my own tour with pin points on mapsme. Was able to contact the host whenever via WhatsApp. No breakfast included or available which was a slight shame, but the main market is literally across the square with lots of great food / fruits in.

The hostel was nearly empty while I was here, not social at all during my stay. Bathroom in my dorm was small and damp. No lockers, at least in my dorm room. I enjoyed meeting the owner, as he is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable about the city, and accessible, but unfortunately, he was out of town during my stay. Was not nearly as pleased with the volunteer covering for him at the time. That being said, the facilities are quite cozy and I think my solo travel experience would have been better if the host
