There are enough spaces in dorms. The ventilation system is also installed for residents to have fresh air. Personal lockers are offered in dorms to ensure the safety of your valuable belongings. Full bed linens are ready for your use. We choose hotel-quality mattresses with pillow top which provide better comfort and enhance rest quality.
Our shower rooms and toilets are separate. Hot showers are available 24/7. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Our friendly and trained staff will be available to assist you whenever you need help.
If you are coming from Auckland Airport, take SKYBUS and get off at 421 Queen Street. It will take around 11 minutes walking to our hostel. You may take the super shuttle with door to door service.

It’s nice that you have a plug and a light near the bed, but they should keep an eye to the kitchen that it’s not really clean

The facility was about two blocks away from SkyCity and easily accessible by the SkyDrive bus. The room smelled a little, but I wasn’t sure if it was the carpet or the various occupant bags as it was clear some people were living at the hostel. The neighborhood was ok but some of the neighbors were out at all hours of the night. Just be vigilant and you should be ok! Street parking out front.

Everything was okay. The bathrooms were clean enough, the beds were fine too, the only things i would say is that if you are a young backpacker (gap year for example), this maybe isn’t completely ideal unless you’re with friends. It’s not as easy to meet people because you’re in the middle of the city so some people live at the hostel and are generally just not very social. Didn’t have any horrible experiences though so would definitely recommend this place for a quick stop over
