The online key system didn't always work so sometimes you have to wait outside. So yes it felt safe to stay in this hostel because even the hostel's guests couldn't enter the building or the apartment. The reception is across the street but I didnt get help, they just explained same things that are written in the link they sent you when you check in. Some of the toilet's didn't have hand soap, the door handels were lose and nearly falling of and at least one shower was leaking.

Very good hostel. Very central and close to the station.
I met a lot of nice people here. But not the staff, since the reception is somewhere Else. I met Anna, who wanted to make my nails for free. She was very sweet:)
It was very clean, Emanuela and Maddelena did a good job. But it would have been Nice with a towel in the bathroom for drying the hands.
