The dorm was in basement and the air conditioner was broken. No proper windows, only one fan. Staff didn't seem to be so interested about the guests, mostly hanged out by themselves. Most of the time there wasn't any toilet paper left at the bathroom. With a change of attitude this could be really nice hostel.

This hostel was a great place to stay at, very fun and lovely atmosphere! Dragan - the owner was very helpful, fun and would offer lifts into town or any help that you needed.
Was a lovely social atmosphere but also very chilled so you could do you own thing as well.
It is a bit of a walk from town but found the walk very safe and was a nice walk to get your steps up.
I actually stayed at two hostels in Korcula while I was there and moved to stay with my brother. I preferred this hostel over the one in town even though both were great!

It is about 30 min from old town Korcula. The staff weren’t always around so there were some times where you had to ask other visitors for help (ex. Taxi number, toilet paper). The bathroom was also not cleaned for any part of my stay so it was a bit dirty. The bunk beds didn’t have ladders so I had some trouble climbing into bed. Additionally, laundry was quite expensive (100 kuna) and towels were at charge for 20 kuna. The towel I was given was very clean and the pool outside+kitchen was nice.
