* In some cases, the staff will ask for a deposit
* All reservations should be paid in advance:
- Non-refundable rate: paid upon making the reservation
- Standard rate: one week (7 days) before arrival.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed for sure! Everything was just perfect. Amazing location, super-friendly staff and great facilities. This was the highlight of my trip and made my stay in Gent so enjoyable! Thanks, I really want to come again.

Wow! This place is great. Location is superb, the facilities amazing and the common areas super cozy. The buildingis old and the view is unvaluable. Also, the digital keys were reliable and gave the whole place a modern touch. Finally, the bathrooms were clean!

Loved staying here!! Traveling with a small group of friends and we all said we would come back and stay again! Very safe, close to town, and friendly!
