Veneziacentopercento offers rooms with shared or private bathroom and apartments for individuals, couples or groups (up to 8 people).
The apartments only have a kitchen.
Both, the rooms and the apartments, are equipped with wifi, air conditioning and heating.
All our accommodations are located in Venice Centre, Castello district, the most typical of the city where the Venetians still live today. In the district it is possible to visit the Biennale and some of the oldest churches in Venice (San Pietro di Castello, San Francesco della Vigna, ...), while the most tourist areas of the city are within walking distance (San Marco, Rialto, ...).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FINAL CLEANING AND CONSUMPTION COSTS (40 euros for the room and 100 euros for the apartment) , AND THE LOCAL TOURIST TAXES 4 euros per person/night

The appointment with our staff at the beginning of the stay is at our main office (Castello 1980) it is a different location, located till 500 metres far from the accommodations.
Remember to contact us 3 days before your arrival. We do not have a reception so we need to know your arrival time so we can better organize the check in.
CHECK-IN: from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm (available baggage deposit 6 euros per bag).
By prior arrangement, full payment and complete online check in steps, it is possible to arrange a late arrival
CHECK OUT: the facilities must be vacated by 10.30 am (luggage storage available 6 euros per bag).
