Did not provide twin room when booked - did not offer alternative or compensation. Rooms are old. Not in a good way.

It has the style of old motels, it's really clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast in the morning for 4euros. Totally recommend. If I'm coming back to verona I wouldn't hesitate twice about my accommodation.
