Loch Ness Backpackers is your Highland home away from home. Owners Patrick and Nikki and their team provide a warm welcome in all weathers, with free tea and coffee, a wood burning stove, a well stocked bar, large guest kitchen and lots of friendly smiles and conversation.
The farmhouse itself dates back to the 18th century. You can read about the original owners on the wall in the living room. Nowadays, it retains its charm but has been modernized to ensure that you get a good night’s sleep and a nice hot shower in the morning before you head out to explore the spectacular surroundings.
Free parking and free wifi. Inverness is just 20 minutes by car or bus. Just off Great Glen Way. Ideal location for visiting Urquhart Castle. Breakfast and laundry service are available. Catering available for groups of 10+. Dogs welcome (but please call in advance).

Erittäin mukava pikku hostelli hieman syrjässä kylän "keskustasta", lähellä hyviä vaellusreittejä.
Hyvin mukava omistaja jonka omassa pikku baarissa saa hyviä paikallisia pienpanimoiden tuotteita, asiantuntevan analyysin kanssa.
Vietin erittäin mukavat 3 päivää kyseisessä paikassa ja voin lämpimästi suositella paikkaa.
Henkilökunta oli mahtavaa!

Perfect hostel! We had the coziest private room off the main building--the whole space is so warm and inviting. The front desk/bar was a happy welcome, and we got some great recommendations from the friendly person checking us in. The hostel is a bit far to walk to the town center, though it may have just felt that way after walking 20 miles. :) Overall would definitely come back!

Smaller hostel which appears to be family owned. Couldn't speak higher of the staff and the cleanliness, I would definitely recommend it.
