The Blas de Otero Residence Hall is located in the historic center of Bilbao, 400 meters from the Cathedral, and accept students from the University of the Basque Country. It offers single, double and family studios with private bathroom, kitchenette and free internet Wi-Fi.
Your stay includes cleaning service (except kitchen) with towels replacement and change of sheets every three days.
Our free breakfast service is served in a cafeteria located 5 minutes far from the residence from 8am to 11.30am. It includes orange juice, a hot drink (coffee, tea or infusion), and croissant or a salty option ("pinxo" of the day). There are also several vending machines.

Clean and nice place, good facilities and even games available. Friendly staff.
But the location is horrible and it should be made clear that it's the worts and most dangerous part of the whole city...
Also very poor breakfast, not even inside the biulding...

The staff went out of their way to to accommodate us. They brought us a fan due to the room being stuffy. We were unable to keep the window open because of the noise. The rooms were small, yet we appreciated having a stove and mini fridge. The location was close to the train station and old town, however, it wasn’t the safest neighborhood.
