All rooms are in historical centre of venice and are equipped of private bathroom outside or inside of them. They are furnished by a simply and essential style, with linen and towels (it is changed every 3 days), heating system in winter season, and fans system in summer season.
Around our properties, you may find some interesting location to do shopping or to spend pleasant evenings into bacari (typical venitian pubs) or do romantic walks along venitian calli.
We mark you to come at your arrival before in our check-in office.it will be your reference point during your stay.we ask you to respect our office opening time that are: all days from 9.30 a.m. Till 12.00 p.m.-2.30 p.m. Till 7.00 p.m.
Possibility to check in the morning (09: 30/12: 00 am) on request, please send us an email!
You have the possibility to leave for free your baggage during check-in office opening time.
It will be a help for you because check-in office is located in a very strategic point nearby train station and bus /car terminal.

My stay here was really good. It’s super clean and the lady was super friendly even though she didn’t seem to speak English. It’s in an amazing location right on the main island of Venice. But obviously there was no social scene.

This place was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious, and they had great complimentary coffee, tea, and a little cake. They had towel for us but not soaps.
The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, spoke English, and was knowledgeable of the city.
As for the room, it was behind three different locked doors so it felt very safe and secure. Anything on the island is a quick walk away and the train station was about a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it’s very quiet and comfortable and clean. The staff were very very helpful and welcoming. The Aircon worked great, the aesthetic was very cute and in tune with Venice vibes. Also the location was really close to the central station, so everything was pretty much walkable. Would definitely stay again.
