On My Way Hualien Hostel is located nearby the West Exit of Hualien train station about 3~5 mins walking. The owner Artrick prepare a lot of books and board games in the lobby, and hope you will also have a good time here even you don't plan any place to go yet.
Our check-in hours are during 16:00-20:00. Because the front gate is always locked, make an appointment to check in at least one day before you arrive please.
There is no service for late check-in. If you are unable to check in within the service hours, please change the ticket time. If you arrive in Hualien earlier, you may drop off your luggage after 11 AM on check-in day, and take a rest in the lobby on the first floor.
To remind you of some accommodation notices, you need to prepare your own toothpaste, toothbrush and bath towel; you can eat and drink ONLY in the lobby on the first floor, and the kitchen and the refrigerator can be uesd. Food and beverages are NOT allowed on the guest floor; after 9 PM in the evening, please keep your voice down , do not disturb the rest of other guests. No smoking inside the building. We wish we can maintain the quality of accommodation together.

This place reminded me of when I traveled in my youth in Europe. Everyone was so kind. People staying there met together whenever they were in to play games or watch a movie. I don’t speak Mandarin but two wonderful ladies from Taipei always made me feel more than welcome. The hostel is near the train station and plenty of restaurants around to enjoy. High recommended! We had a four person room and my daughters and I felt very safe. Everything was sparkling clean and the staff were wonderful

On my way hostel was my favourite hostel I stayed in Taiwan. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice here. Breakfast is included which is just toast but still easy and practical.
