The location of the hostel is right at the center of a huge shopping area, minutes walk from every major public transportation route that counts, not to mention restaurants and bars, tourists attractions, the hip market area, the old city and more, all within walking distance!
All rooms equipped with power and USB outlet and personal light for each bed, air conditioning and private bathrooms in the highest of standards. Wooden Beds are thick and offer a high class comfortable mattresses in specious environment.

Hostel is in an awesome location next to bunch of restaurants and shops. A fair walk from the old city but you can take the bus/tram. Common areas are really nice, but it was completely dead due to the war (giving them benefit of the doubt). Unfortunately I did get robbed at the hostel, but it was not their fault. Staff was extremely helpful with assisting us with the police and everything.

On the day Israel closed the border, I happened to be stuck at the border and was unable to pass through customs. I have contacted them three times and have not received a response. Because it has been less than 24 hours that day, I cannot cancel the order. So far, they have charged me the full fee for three days, and then there is no response.

They only opened one counter despite a queue when check in and more than one staff actually at the counter. The one ahead me encountered payment issue and they still ask everyone in the queue to wait. WHAT?
The room also surprises me with no aircon available at all time. You need to go downstairs and ask for the remote. It will shut down hours later (automatically?). The room is said for both sex and all men and the smell is unpleasant.
The bathroom also wet at all time and no soap available.
