Beautiful views from the rooftop bar. Only the music was always too loud and for non-smokers there was often too much smoke on the common areas. Everything worked as promised, hostel was quite clean all the time. Large buffet breakfast on asian standards! There was only a small locker in the dorm for your valuables. AC far too cool, and not adjustable.

The staff here especially Kim were so attentive, helped get us from the airport in Vientiane, gave advice on trips and tours and made sure everything was looked after for us. Never experienced customer service to this level. Incredible. Kim was so kind and helpful with everything, cannot fault this place. Felt like we were welcomed into a home. Just what we needed after a long weekend on the Hi Giang loop. Peaceful and chilled. Perfect. Would go again!! 🫶ðŸ»ðŸ«¶ðŸ»ðŸ«¶ðŸ»
