Overall, a good stay and the prices are very reasonable. Helpful and friendly staff, free luggage storage, etc. However some flaws including, towel rack in bathroom was extremely dusty. In terms of facilities, it was quite odd there were no bedside lamps of any kind, only the overhead lights with the switch next to the main door. The temperature mixer in the shower seemed to not work well, as the water got suddenly cold for short times. No hangers in the closet, or any hooks to hang things on

Staff were so lovely and helpful and it was relatively secure but I had over 35 Euros worth of food thrown away by the staff, despite ascribing to their regulations on bagging food. I was also met with a fairly lacklustre response when I complained about this. I was also required to make my own bed and whilst this was not necessarily a problem, the bedding I was given didn't fit and the sheet had an enormous rip in it. The kitchen was also very basic and insufficient for cooking

This hostel was great. The social interaction was great and it was in the perfect spot in the city and had great staff. Best hostel I have ever been to.
P.S. Try the restaurant called Abu Samra across the street, it’s very cheap
