It could be categorized as a good hostel but with many faults. First of all the commonplace of the hostel is a cafe that could be very crowded and full of events so you could not do any work there and it closes at 10 PM! The bathroom and washrooms are shared which could be more clean. For sure anyone would appreciate more hospitality from the staff at the reception.

It's really not as bad as the reviews suggest. Yes, there's no kitchen or real communal spaces, but apart from that, it's a decent hostel. Bathrooms and rooms were clean, great location, great price, and staff was friendly. Most of the shower doors don't lock or close all the way though and the lights would flicker annoyingly in the bathroom. Also eating late at night is an issue since you can't eat in the rooms yet there's no common space open after 10PM... (and the cafe area would often be full around din
