The staff was really nice and helpful and the hostel was clean and well maintained. However, the beds are extremely hard and I could barely get any sleep as the light from the hallway filtrated onto the room and lit it up significantly. I has to get out of bed to turn it if like 3 times but they kept turning it back up.
Maybe this was just my luck but there’s hardly any social life.

The staff was very nice and friendly! We had a medical emergency and our luggage had to be transported from ha giang to hanoi, the host arranged a transport for us and was very helpful!
The bed was okay, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was okay :) they had an extra blanket which we needed because it was very cold. After requesting they gave us fresh towels 😊

This hostel is not a 10 star hostel. We are 4 girls travelling on a budget and we were very disappointed. The hostel is not how it looks online at all. The private room we booked was not available so we were put in an 8 bed dorm which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people left. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. bed were not comfy either… I would not recommend.
