We missed a connecting train because there were some problems with some other train that got stuck on a bridge, cost us not getting in the next train. This hostel charged us full payment for 2 nights, just because trains screwed us over and we didnt make it in the 21 check-in time. No other response, just "we will charge for the full stay", when it was because of train issues. Bad service. No refunds. Terrible.

Good Location and overall a decent Hostel. You pay extra for Linen and Towel aswell as leaving your Luggage after Check-Out which felt like a Rip-Off. I was in Room 515 which unfortunately has a glass Door and so all the Light from the Corridor gets in. The Beds have Curtain Rods but no actual Curtains so it’s bright and not a lot of Privacy. Very spacious Rooms tho. The Kitchen is very small. The Showers are absolutely useless, you can’t adjust Temperature or Height and they run for like 3 Sec
