Beautiful hostel with clean room and friendly staff in the ideal location- I wouldn’t stay outside of Casco viejo if visiting Panama City. Definitely take advantage of free morning yoga and the pool! Lovely setting and really enjoyed my stay here. The only downside is, and I don’t know if it was the fact that the hostel was so big or that most people were passing through made it hard to meet people. Also you can get a good nights sleep on floor 3, but not so much on 4/5.

as far as hostels go, the Selina properties will be one of the best options in Panama if not the best. their are other hostels with a better social dynamic for meeting new people, but Selina properties do a phenomenal job at making everything available in one location. from tours to bars, restaurants to locations.
