This family-run hotel & guesthouse situated only 150 meters from the sea and is in the heart of the town at the historic residential area of Kuşadası. All rooms are decorated with air-conditioner, satellite LCD-TV, fridge and private bathroom (24h hot water, hair dryer, shampoo etc.) You may have pool and/or garden view from the balcony of your room. Free wi-fi in the rooms, lobby, garden and by the pool is available. Sezgin Hotel also offers free private car parking next by the hotel. On request free pick-up from Kusadasi port or bus station is available.

This place is the only Guesthouse in Kusadasi and it is open all year round. We are reputable & experienced accommodation for independent travelers. The hotel is located just 150m from the city centre and 120m from the harbour. Most of our guests are independent travellers / backpackers on various budgets, taking themselves around Turkey. Mr. Flash, the owner (himself a traveller) offers a very friendly and family atmosphere. You can also enjoy the many cultural sites on our doorstep including Ephesus, Artemis Temple (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) and we offer easy access for day trips to Priene-Miletos-Didyma, the Greek Island Samos and other ancient sites all of which can be arranged by our friendly staff.

The entire staff speak fluent English, German and Japanese, Dutch, Korean many grew up overseas before returning to work in Turkey, making Sezgin's guesthouse a favorite place for all types of travelers to Turkey!

We as Sezgin Hotel & Guesthouse have more than 30 years experience in the field. We welcome guests from all over the world in the past and still keeping contact some of them. Our place is located quite at the center of Kuşadası, a 150 meters walk away to city center and surrounded by old Anatolian and Greek houses. Our newly boutique concept with lovely garden and pool is for the travellers looking for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
