This newly renovated house, built in the 1930's is nestled into a quiet community, 15 minutes walk into the center of downtown Nassau where you can find local restaurants, beaches, both hospitals, US Embassy & Bahamas Immigration office. Also a 5 minutes walk to the popular Green Parrot restaurant and Bay Street Marina.

Property has 5 different rooms: 3 private rooms, 1 female dorm only and 1 mixed dorm. The property has 15 beds in total split between the 5 rooms. Bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are a shared spaces by all guests.
