The Big Easy is a brand new hostel in Phnom Penh brought to you by the team behind the hugely popular 'The Big Easy' in Sihanoukville.
All of our dorms are A/C with large pod style, queen size beds with privacy curtains, lockers, individual plug sockets and reading lights. This is attached to a lively bar with great happy hour specials and different events each night, including live music & sport. Our friendly mix of Cambodian and Western staff are happy to help organize all transportation, tours, visas, and onward travel plans. We've also brought along our award winning menu, so from Western comfort food to Asian classics we have what you need.

2. Check in from 14:00 to 24:00.
3. Check out before 11:00.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash only.
5. Reception working hours 08:00 to 24:00.

9. No pets.
10.Curfew: guests should be quiet after 24:00.

Staff immediately made me feel like home when I arrived late at night and carried my backpack upstairs which was nice. Daily parties and activities at bar. It was easy to book tours and rides here and lady who took care of that was super nice. I think food was a bit pricy for its quality but there are a lot of cheap Khmer restaurants nearby. Capsule beds were huge and private but didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. I would have wishd for hooks in the bathrooms to hang your towel and toiletries.

The actual stay was fine. However, on my 2nd night I got really ill (high fever etc.) and needed to go to a hospital. After asking the staff for help they sent me to a clinic that was closed which left me alone on a dark street in the middle of the night, sick and needing to find somewhere else to go on my own. After getting back from the hospital in at 4am, meaning to check out the following day the receptionist was extremely unaccommodating to my situation and I was rushed out of my room left to move host

Fantastic stay here! One of our favourites:) rooms was clean and private with a nice balcony. Downstairs a bar and restaurant provided, good food and drinks. Staff are lovely and helpful. Enjoyed every night here
