A great stay for a few days in Haeundae. The location is perfect, within a few minutes of the beach, restaurants, bars and subway. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of the reviews say that the place isnt clean, I'd disagree. It is in DESPERATE need of remodelling, and at the very least a lick of paint. However, there were no cleanliness issues. Only issue was the AC being connected to a portable remote. I had a dorm mate that decided to sleep with it, so no one else could adjust the temp ã… ã…

Unfortunately this was the only hostel left so I had to book it. The rooms weren’t as bad as i thought based on the reviews… there was some mould but the room was clean at least. My biggest problem was that the people staying in the dorms were really strange. I woke up in the night to one guy sat on my bed staring at me. Other guys were so so so persistent and would not leave me alone. Overall because it’s so cheap it seems to attract disrespectful people.
