1. Cancellation Policy: NON-REFUNDABLE for all bookings and rates.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 (noon).
4. Payment upon arrival by cash only.
5. Deposit: A damage deposit of PHP500 is required on arrival, collected as a cash payment.
- Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
6. Taxes: not included.
- Extra 12% tax fee is applied at the reception.
7. Breakfast: not included.
8. No curfew.
9. No smoking in rooms, but smoking area is provided.
