The host is kind and helpful. The location is perfect. There is a supermarket directly in front of the building. A nearby metro can take you anywhere in Rome. Highly recommended!

Very far from the city and single room is very small.

The couple is nice but the nightmare was that the shared toilet / bath room was in the couple's room which was really disgusting. In addition, they had a dog which used to bark quite often. The room is very small without any ventilation. Fan was there.
