I’ve stayed here twice. I enjoy it, the food, pool, people, dogs & cat (are very nice) and the free shuttles down to the town are great! Some bunk beds don’t have railings and these ones aren’t too comfy, if that’s an issue I’m sure you can ask to change rooms. The ensuites are big, could be more counter space. Lots of room to hang around! They upgraded the bar which is nice. Breakfast is until 11:30am which is awesome. I personally wish they wouldn’t play rave music in the mornings sometimes, it’s a huge s

When you arrive at Puk’s, not only are you greeted by friendly staff but also the two beautiful dogs of the palace. The party vibe was on and with the incredible pool and beautiful family dinners cooked by Mama I couldn’t ask for much more. Enjoyed it so much I decided to stay longer.

WORST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED AT ! It is actually the first time in my life I didn’t feel safe in a dormitory. The place had loud music and drunk people yelling until 1am on a Monday. One of the guests complained and was insulted. The toilets were gross with excrement in there. The staff acted irresponsible and careless. We were many checking out after only one night some asking for reimbursement. It’s far from the beach so the hotel provided free shuttle which were 30mn late both ways.
