CHRISTMAS MARKET is NOW 11th NOVEMBER - 24th DECEMBER, just 30 meters from our hostel, one of the oldest and most traditional Christmas Markets in Vienna, is the one on Spittelberg, starting directly on the corner of our street!

Our guests SAFE up to 8 EUR PER DAY on the daily public transportation cost - because you don't need it when staying with us, you can walk to all the main sights! It is the only hostel on the official Vienna city center map, closest to all sights within walking distance, check the map!

You can use a microwave/grill, hot water kettle, refrigerator, plates, cutlery, cups, free coffee/tea... but there is NO full-size kitchen with a stove in the ordinary sense of it. A variety of supermarkets are within one minute's walk. There are various non-profit vending machines for your convenience, offering toothbrushes with paste and cover for just 1 euro, earplugs, tampons, all 1euro, or even premium padlocks (3 EUR) in case you forgot to bring your own. A very nice sightseeing art gallery displays all major sights throughout the hallways.

Payment:
Reservations with invalid, declined and/or expired credit cards will be invalidated, especially virtual third party credit cards by Revolut, MB-way or similar, if payment is declined the booking will be invalid. You must have enough funds to guarantee the full remaining balance NOT just the deposit that you paid online. You need a guaranteed bed, we need a guaranteed payment - it's fair and simple. Credit card fees may apply.


Late or delayed check-in arrivals:
You can arrive at night if you simply fill out the online check-in form on our and upload your ID (take a picture or screenshot with a mobile phone from your passport will suffice). Provided that your payment clears you will get an email with a code and instructions on how to enter it after we prepare everything. Guests for late check-in must book one day in advance and do the online check-in process ON the day of arrival. You must be able to receive emails, have power on your mobile device to retrieve the email (Wi-Fi in front of reception if needed), and understand some basic English in order to follow the email instructions on how to enter the property.

Age Limit:
We do not accept guests younger than 18 and older than 50 years of age. Making a booking outside the age limit will block our availability and therefore make you liable for the booking balance, the same policy as a no-show will apply. Exceptions may be made for private rooms. 14 years and above can stay when accompanied by adults.

Disclaimer:
Bookings are only possible by credit card, we do not take bookings by phone or email, please book online. Entrances and halls are monitored with CCTV cameras, every guest accepts this measure of security without further permission in written or spoken form.
The entire property is to be kept smoke and fire-free, items producing heat of any kind (gas or electric cookers, stoves, toasters, candles, etc ) are prohibited and not allowed inside the hostel.
Guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied check-in. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and exile guest/s due to disturbing behavior in which case no refunds will apply.
Guests are liable for damages to the property and/or third parties. Keyless is a minimum charge of 25 EUR. The hostel's liability is limited to the maximum amount of the booking value under any circumstance. There will be no refunds for any third-party faults or causes.

Best Location Hostel Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Third-party Credit card fees may apply of up to 5% on top of your balance.

Check-in at reception: from 14:00-18:00
Online check-in past 18:00 / 6:00 p.m. is available.
No curfew, you can enter 24 hours once you have checked in.
Check out: until 10 a.m.
(late check out is fined after 11 a.m. with 10EUR per Person as it delays staff)
Early check-out is possible anytime by dropping the bedsheets in the designated blue boxes and dropping the key in the designated white box inside the hostel.
This property may pre-authorize your card before your arrival.
Breakfast is not included and not offered.
