Excellent stay! The staff, common áreas, terrace, and facilities were great. I stayed in a Dorm room, that was worth saving a little extra money. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. They help you organize the traditional tour combined with the kayak and it was the best option to get out of the ordinary. I think it is the most popular hostel in Puno.

Unbelievably helpful staff / owners. They could not do enough to help you and are always there in times of need. During the strikes I have watched them give advice / arrange onward travel / settle nervous customers / generally be there for people in need. The hostel is in a great location, offers many local trips and the accommodation is in great condition. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The greatest thing about this hostel is its staff. They are super friendly and helped us when we got sick, and also stored our luggage for the tour Titicaca lake kayaking. Breakfast was good and included, free kitchen, free hot drinks
