The Potshot Hotel Resort offers Exmouth's premier holiday accommodation. With tastefully appointed motel rooms, two bedroom family units and three bedroom luxury apartments which feature patio complete with outdoor setting & BBQ set amongst green lawns and tropical palms. We also cater for the budget traveler, with a range of motel and backpacker accommodation.
Our complex is located only 700m from the town centre and is the perfect place from which to plan your visit to the world famous Cape Range and Ningaloo Marine Parks, charter a day's fishing in the home of the big fish, go on a whale or turtle watching expedition, or experience the ultimate adventure when you swim with the Whale Sharks.
Enjoy a relaxing Beer in our front bar named after Cyclone Vance which completely destroyed it in March 1999. Open from 10.00am to late 7 nights per week.Our Pool bar is open from 10.00am till late 7 nights a week. Sit back and relax in glorious sunshine beside our pool or take a dip.
Reception hours are 7:30am-6pm daily
After hours access available if guests could please call us in advance to ensure a key is left in the night safe.
Check in is from 12pm and check out is 9:30am

Bathroom and hostel room quite dirty ( bathroom was constantly flooding )
Noisy if not going out and hard to get bunks as no bedside light or locker !
Staff are lovely especially in bar and restaurant - food is nice also there !

No Wi-Fi in the private rooms. Two DIFFERENT staffers told the Asians traveling in our group that they couldn’t drink alcohol outside the bar area while ignoring at least a dozen white patrons (including other people in our group including myself - a white dude) that were boozing outside the bar area and playing drinking games.

The hostel has everything you need and is in a great location, but it isn’t the most comfortable. The rooms have quite a lot of space but your fridge is located in your bedroom not in the communal kitchen area. Pool area was nice and there was a great social atmosphere.
