Good place for self-supporting customers.
Staff invisible, all works thru Internet.
Might be difficult for foreigners to have
assistance. You must pay before entering
the house - no-one opens the door and
you get wifi and doorcode only after
paying in the Internet.

There is no staff on site so you have to communicate with them before you arrive. They don’t give you any information beforehand. I got lucky a guest opened the door otherwise I would have stood there for hours bc there is no doorbell and no one picked up when I called. The house itself is like an apartment and it seems like there are a lot of longterm people staying like an airbnb so don’t expect hostel vibes. It’s easy to get to Newark Penn station, NYC and EWR.
