I came here with two friends and we got a room to ourselves. The beds were sooo comfy. AC, and hot showers. We had to leave before breakfast but they made us a sandwich and fruit the night before to take with us. Fridge in the room

Despite the eventual assistance from the staff, my stay at this hotel was marred by a major issue: my room flooded, soaking all my belongings, including electronics (camera, lenses, laptop, and hard drives). I woke up around 3 am and noticed the intake of water, but the reception was closed until 6:30, so I couldn't do anything but take wet clothes and wet electronics out of my backpacks and try to dry them. In general, throughout my stay, they seemed disorganized. The replacement room they provided was dir

Well it was a nice stay except the toilet leaked in the bathroom all day everyday, there was always water on the floor. Also they host a lot of local people daily to use the pool and have parties there, good luck sleeping in because they just pump the reggaeton all day long. Breakfast was great, staff was ok, I tried to get the lady at the front to call me a taxi but they told me I had to do that myself, I couldn't do that on my phone because I had no minutes, so I just walked to find one.
