Black mould all over the room, the air stank of damp & no windows to try and air it out. They were well aware of the situation as there was a dehumidifier in the room, but we weren’t informed before paying. We stayed a night and chose to go somewhere else the next. The receptionist told us we would be refunded for 1 night as we had a valid reason not to stay, but later we were informed a manager said no. We had to push for contact details to follow up with him & 3 days later have heard nothing.
