Enkayz Mombasa is a family-friendly place and the perfect place for you to relax, recharge, and forget about your worries for a while.

Stay in one of our 10 spacious, thoughtfully-decorated rooms, where we have made sure you are comfortable and at home. Enkayz is simple, clean, and affordable in a secure gated community with ample parking and no bars nearby for you to retire and sleep soundly.

There is a restaurant at the front that serves express breakfast and delicious affordable meals to make sure you end every day feeling satisfied and full. Plus, we offer laundry service to clean, press and fold your laundry once a week.

Enkayz Mombasa Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-is from 14:00 to 23:00.
Check out from 06:00 to 12:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card, or debit card.
Taxes included.
Breakfast is not included. 3 USD for additional pax

24 hours reception.
No curfew.


- Mode of Payments

• All the Bookings, regardless of their origins, are payable in the local currency of Kenya (the Kenya Shilling)
• If the debit to the Establishment is made in a currency other than the one confirmed in the Booking, the exchange fees are payable by the Customer.
• In the event of pre-payment: pre-paid Bookings are non-cancelable/non-refundable
• No Show: If the Guest does not show up at Enkayz Mombasa on the day of their Booking, the Booking is considered canceled.

- To Change Your Booking At Enkayz Mombasa

• In the event of an interruption in the stay attributable to the Guest, the full price agreed upon will be collected.
• All Bookings are reserved by name and can in no event be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or at a cost, or in a commercial capacity.

- To Cancel Your Booking

• Change of Booking can be done via email.
• Pre-paid Bookings are non-cancelable/non-refundable.
