This residence is located on 14th floor of Regalia Residence with gorgeous KL city views

3 minutes walk to Sunway Putra Mall which comes with supermarket, local eateries, vegetarian food, etc

When staying with us, you are also a guest of the Regalia Residence and will receive service apartment privileges just as if you were staying at the service suites. Amenities in Regalia Residence includes:

Convenient Store

24 hours security and Surveillance system
Interaction with guests
Self-help check-in is available 24 hour, please ensure you follow the check-in guideline or check with our staff from 8am - 10pm to assist you further.
We also organised social events, if your intention for staying with us is to meet other travelers.
Other things to note
About Pre-authorization
Upon the booking is made, the reservation system would initiate a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.( In some cases, your statement would show amount being deducted, which is in fact the pre-authorised amount ).
The Hostel would collect payment from you only upon your arrival, as per the terms and conditions from your respective online travel agency.
However, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card or debit card used for the reservation failed the said pre-authorization process.
Should you decide to cancel the reservation, the temporarily hold amount would be reflected on your statement up-to 14 days from the cancellation date.
Check in from 15:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 12:00 noon.
Late check-in available upon request
No curfew.
Breakfast not included.

Staff here are so rude and lazy. They never answer emails and on check in and throughout your stay treat you like you are a huge bother. The vibe is very off because of them and bathrooms are not clean. Everything feels done to the bare minimum. I left after two nights cause I couldn’t take the cold vibes. Otherwise it attracts cool people and has potential with great views and pool, but if you are like me and this kind of staff behaviour bothers you then pick somewhere else.

Finding this place is like being in an escape room, but the other way around - you have to go on a quest and overcome several obstacles in order to enter the accomodation. At first the atmosphere in the shared appartment was frosty to say the least, people didn't even greet.. Otherwise it is a great place, the views are amazing, so is the infinity pool, there is a mall next to it with a huge variety of restaurants and cafés. Public transport is right next door.

Amazing swimming pool & views! Very weird hostel vibes though, dorm rooms are separated into apartments so it’s pot luck who you end up with. Not very sociable/ no tours or events advertised really. Not great if you want to meet people. But worth it for the pool!!
