Yes Please! Hostel, is located in Hermano Pedro Street No. 14, right at the entrance of Antigua Guatemala and 4 blocks from the Central Park.
We have different rooms for your comfort, between private rooms and shared rooms. Our hotel has a swimming pool and a unique view of the water volcano, fire and Acatenango. We offer food services in our restaurant and we have a bar. It will be a pleasure to welcome you!
At Yes Please! Hostel you will find several attractions and restaurants nearby. When you arrive at La Aurora International Airport, you can take a shuttle bus or a private car, we are 24 km away.

Cancellation policy: 3 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged full stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
We don´t accept cash, only credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included - 10% tourism tax and 12% government tax. Total 22% additional
24 Hours Reception.
No pets allowed.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
Note that Pool Area and restaurant is another provider is not property from Hostel, eventhough if you stay in our hostel you have access at pool with no charge, only restaurant fees and meals apply.

So… where do i begin. After paying the deposit upon booking on the website, i noticed that the hostel had charged me the full amount (the deposit not deducted from the total) from my card without me knowing it.
I wanted to get back my money but i was only referred to a WhatsApp number since the staff in the reception couldn’t help me, and the person (which might be the owner? i don’t know) on WhatsApp kept saying that I, as a guest, needed to pay this â€fee†to the website for booking on their platform, about 100 quetzales in total.. the website customer service agreed with me, but the WhatsApp-person kept insisting it was a fee that i needed to pay to the platform. I tried to get to meet this person to talk face-to-face but that seemed impossible. Now the person does not respond anymore:—)
Hands down the worst customer service i’ve had. Don’t book this hostel if you don’t want to get ripped off and pay way more than the price stated on the webiste. :)
Other than this, the hostel is not so good. There is not much of a social vibe. The rooms are very small and barely space for bags, and in the night you hear everything happening outside the rooms.
I’m going to stop my very negative review here (i could go on though). The ladies taking care of the property are very nice though! The bar next door is also very nice, but it has nothing to do with the hostel really.

The staff was really nice to me and even though I felt sick they helped me and took care of me.
Elise and Elisabeth will welcome you in the reception and highly recommend of having a chat with them.
The only things that bothered me is that there is no fan/air conditioning in the rooms

An excellent hostel, super pleasant. Slightly out of the city center so not the most practical because it is the opposite of the city to go shopping at the supermarket. But suddenly good for calm with a large swimming pool with garden. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped, but the hotplates (only 2) are not great for cooking. Super friendly staff
