Welcome to @casadelperrocoliving, we are Jesus and Stephanie a young couple of enterprising spouses, passionate about good coffee, gastronomy, salsa dancing, skating and traveling.
We love to travel because we believe it is the best way to recharge energy, meet wonderful people and learn from their experiences.We are passionate about Cali, a beautiful city and we would love you to know all its charms and especially its people.

Our new venture project is called Casa del Perro Coliving. Our cozy House, is a completely renovated space, The house has a front yard with an exterior fence and a front door with two security plates, the room has a deadbolt security lock. The two interior patios have security cameras, tables, chairs, board games and the fastest wifi connection. You can also enjoy the hammock area. In the backyard you will find the laundry area, the shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and the dining room.

The house is located in Barrio San Fernando Viejo, a traditional neighborhood with many trees in the streets, quiet and safe, a few meters from the Parque del Perro and close to the Pascual Guerrero stadium and the Canchas Panamericanas, also nearby there are 3 supermarkets.
In the house we allow a limited number of guests to maintain the tranquility of the space, so we are focused on guests who prefer a private and quiet space with the best internet connection perfect for working from the computer.

The private rooms are located on the First Floor with an approximate area of 8 square meters, the room is inside a house with 6 other rooms. They overlook the inner courtyard. The room has a desk, a seat, fan, 32 inch TV with Chromecast, an open closet, and a bed. In the house we have a fully equipped shared kitchen with a medium sized fridge that is shared with other guests, a round dining table, hammock area, bathroom area with 2 full bathrooms that are shared with other guests (they do not have hot water). Above the door of the room there is a small window that allows the entrance of fresh air and natural light, also the ceiling is high which provides a very fresh and cozy atmosphere, even if it is very sunny outside, the room is very cool.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
