Nomads Co-Living Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 12.00


* Payment upon arrival by: Cash (Mexican peso, USD or EURO) or Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard). This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
* Please note that all our private rooms have a double bed, not two single beds.
* We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old.
* Wi-Fi is free and available just at common areas.
* At your arrival, by a new government regulation, we will charge an environmental fee of 4.00 USD per room per night. More info click here.
* Taxes not included - 21% (16% IVA + 5% ISH)
* Not included 1 USD per person per night - Guest Service Fee
* Non smoking property - a fine of 50 USD in case of smoking inside
* No pets allowed

A deposit of $50 USD will be charged at the time of check-in for all reservations in Private rooms and $20 USD in Dorms. In the case of any damages/theft of the room, the deposit will be retained. If the damage/theft is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the repair/replacement. This deposit is 100% refundable in the case there is no damage/theft of the room.
