The staff was amazing, they helped us in troubles! I stayed in female dorm, the bathroom and toilet were not clean. Otherwise the room was okay. Also the kitchen was very messy and there was old food in the refrigerators. The pool was a nice plus. Dorm bed was 60€ which I think was very expensive.

1.) security / we had people trying to bash our door down at half 12 and no help from staff
2.) The kitchen was the least supplied kitchen ever. I’ve seen homeless shelters with better facilities.
3.) Going on the tour but the kitchen was not open in the morning and we couldn’t eat.

Kitchen is a mess, never clean and smells bad, it's way too hot in there, too. Staff could be more open and welcoming. It's nice that rooms have ensuites, and they were very tidy. No lockers anywhere. Luggage room should be able to get to all times. Overall a good stay.
