Since its inauguration in 1995, the hostel takes great care with the satisfaction of our guests, providing a welcoming, and even maybe family-like, stay. Our hostel is in Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes from the urban center, which allows for walks to get to know the city.
Next to the hostel, you can also find the fantastic Antonio Borges garden, which is a great place to relax and simply let your imagination runs wild through the various labyrinths of nature.
This house is great not only because of this, but also due to the personal service, where every guest is a face, and not just a name.

The hostel is in a very good spot, some of the staff are extremely nice and helpful but there were few rude and grumpy ones who didn't even reply when I said hello to them. This didn't make me feel too good, but since the other girls in the reception were completely different and very nice to me, my stay was still pleasant. It's a youth hostel so not so quiet. If you need silence to sleep well, I recommend to take earplugs with you. All in all it's well worth the money. Would come again!

The Cleanest Hostel out of 55 I have stayed! The Staff was great and helpful! A Very comfortable stay!

Good location, close to the city center and airport.
The staff can be hit or miss - be sure to check the details of your room and payment, and to find by yourself things to do on the island, because they can't help!
