HOTEL LOCATION:
You can find the MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West in the neighborhood of Sloterdijk which is part of the larger Westpoort district. Our hotel is conveniently located close to the Sloterdijk train station. From there, it is only one train stop to reach the Central Station and 10 minutes to Schiphol airport. Everything is at the tip of your fingers.

Super hostel! Looked like a new beautifull hotel and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here with my friend! A big recommendation :)

Great place to stay, would recommend! I thought that the price for a dorm room was a bit expensive, but the room and its facilities were better quality that I’m used to so it was a happy surprise! Although I’m glad I didn’t pay for the breakfast, it wasn’t really vegetarian/vegan friendly.

This hostel is more like a hotel with dorm rooms. The building is new and very clean, and everything works well. There were quite a few groups of young people (school groups?), and the place is definitely not a party hostel! Very good option if you mainly want a safe place to sleep in without too much noise. I left my coat in the room, and the staff posted it back to me straight away. Thank you!
