An amazing hostel. Seen a lot of hostels in Europe and Australia and Jackaroo was definitely one of the best I've been to! The atmosphere is so relaxed and people really chill. I felt like home straight away on the first night. Eventho it is a bit far away from the town, the hostel is so comfy that you don't even want to go anywhere else. Had so much fun chilling in the pool, looking at the view over the rainforest and partying with everyone on a free wine night. The place to be!

Loved this place, if you like nature and quiet then it's for you. Set in the rainforest away from everything, picturesque location, it's not too far to walk to the nearest beach and also local trails. Staff were nice and super helpful, and this hostel is by far the cleanest I've stayed in yet! Cafe and bar on site is nice too for coffee / snacks etc. The showers are decent and kitchen ok size for how busy it was when I stayed. Kitchen closes early tho - no cooking can be started after 8.30pm!

great hostel, nice and relaxed atmosphere, hard to reach without a car, there’s a shuttle from the greyhound bus stop, price depends on how many people are on it tho, kitchen was super clean
