Staff was very nice and very helpful in making suggestions for things to do/see. The rooms are also very nice and the air conditioning works great.

This hostel had no working lights in room or in the bathroom. Except for one at the far end of the room. The front desk workers were rude and not helpful. They weren’t accommodating to the situation and refused to fix the issue until we left the hostel. The bathroom also had no privacy since you could see through the bathroom by a glass window and the sliding glass door never closed all the way. With all of these issues they never offered a discount and croudly refused to when asked for it.
