Property del Mar is best hostel in town, outdoor swimming pool with gardens, open social areas, comunal kitchen, great athmosphere. Is located on the heart of Puerto Lopez 20 meters from the beach and sourrounded by restaurants, bars on the beach, pizzerias, etc.
Our spacious bedrooms are first class with private bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi. Breakfast is not included
The atmosphere in the property is relaxing and quiet. We have a swimming pool, parking and very close to shops and the beach
We also organize trips for tourists to explore the beautiful Machalilla National Park, which includes Isla de la Plata, whale watching, Los Frailes beach, El Pital Forest, Comunidad Agua Blanca.

Staff and hostel lovely. Hostel booked taxi fir me which was convenient. Unfortunately the taxi driver was very inappropriate and groping. Made for a really unfortunate memory following a lovely day

Rooms weren’t clean and weren’t cleaned throughout the stay, a lot of problems with water pressure.

Loud, obnoxious staff were partying right outside our room in the communal garden until 3:30am on a Monday. We had a trip leaving early that morning to Isla de la Plata and did not plan to be up listening to the staff getting hammered. Don’t recommend this spot if you actually want to sleep.
